Dining Logistics, Service Operations, and Patron Insights
Strategic arrival times fundamentally dictate the quality of the dining experience. Visiting between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. for lunch, or 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. for dinner, guarantees access to freshly rotated items straight from the kitchen. Food left sitting under heat lamps during the final operational hour inevitably loses optimal temperature and texture.
Service functions with sharp mechanical efficiency. Staff members rapidly clear empty plates from tables to facilitate continuous dining without spatial interruption. Drink refills for filtered water, hot tea, and soda happen promptly.

REVIEWS
Great Seafood Selection
When I first went to Grand buffet I went with my family and my aunt that came over. We have never been there so we were excited. We went there and the buffet was a little pricey. But when we started the first thing that caught my eye was the crawfish which was only available on the dinner menu along with other dishes. That moment I knew that, that would be my favorite dish there. You must try it!!! The other dishes were amazing as well and the service was super nice.
Wide Selection
Tried the buffet. Though the line was long still it moved fast. The food selection was wide with California rolls, fried rice, sea food and delicious soup. The food feels like home cooked. They follow covid guidelines, have social distancing tables, disposable gloves to get food and one time use utensils. Definitely recommend and would come back to try again their food.
Good Food and Friendly Staff
Good food, friendly staff, what more could you ask for!
Food Was Okay
Food was ok. Just seems like the food was sitting out for a long time. We did go between lunch and dinner so that’s probably why. Service was great.

FAQ
People consistently highlight that arriving during peak dining hours ensures the optimal culinary experience. Lunch patrons should aim for the 11:00 a.m. opening through 2:00 p.m., while dinner is best enjoyed between 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Arriving during slow mid-afternoon transitions or thirty minutes before closing often results in encountering dry, lukewarm, or limited items, as food sits longer under heat lamps without rapid rotation.
Diners repeatedly praise the fried chicken wings, noting their exceptionally crisp, non-greasy batter. Other standout favorites include the garlic sautéed mushrooms, fresh green beans, coconut shrimp, BBQ pork ribs, and the salt-and-pepper wok-tossed shrimp. The custom Mongolian BBQ station also receives frequent praise for delivering freshly seared, tender meats customized to individual preferences.
Seafood variety expands significantly during weekend dinners and Sunday all-day dinner services. These premium windows feature items like baked oysters, steamed clams, and crawfish. Sushi offerings cover a wide range of standard rolls and nigiri. Regular patrons advise assessing the sushi station during peak hours only, noting that the rice can occasionally harden and textures may diminish if the rolls sit too long during slow periods.
Standard buffet pricing covers the all-you-can-eat food selection, but limits complimentary beverages to filtered ice water. Sodas carry an additional charge per person, and hot tea incurs a nominal fee. The establishment also functions similar to a casual sports bar for some guests, serving a selection of reasonably priced cold beers and wines.
Takeout operations are fully supported for guests preferring to dine at home or on the road. Takeaway meals operate on a strict pay-by-weight system. Guests simply fill a provided box with any combination of entrees, side dishes, or sushi from the steam tables, and the final price is calculated per pound at the register.
Table service focuses purely on speed and mechanical efficiency. Staff members prioritize rapid plate clearing and prompt drink refills over lengthy conversation. This specific practice is meant to expedite the eventual checkout process, preventing delays when patrons finish their final plates.
The overall ambiance remains highly casual and straightforward. The expansive dining room absorbs a moderate amount of noise, making it suitable for larger groups. Background music varies randomly and has occasionally included modern hip-hop, which presents a distinct contrast to the traditional Asian decor and quiet indoor fish pond.
